My order was never received nor did the courier attempt to deliver. To reorder the same order cost me an extra €20 as I lost my discount. No reply with an explanation was given after several attempts. No contact number available to speak with anyone
Ok
They are a good app but I paid €12 shipping for express delivery and they said I’d get it in two working days (I ordered on a Wednesday). Then they said I’d get it on Monday with no reason why, js very annoying

Apple Pay
The app doesn’t have Apple Pay but has PayPal and Google pay. It makes things overly complex and their whole payment system takes ages to complete

Misleading
I have ordered a few times for Myprotein, most of the time it has been fine but my orders have been randomly cancelled other times. I have also been told I would be given 3 months free delivery for my trouble, I messaged them 5 days later cause I didn’t receive the free shipping and now over 2 months later still no free shipping. I made another order where I was told I would get a “free gift” with each order but it isn’t until after you order you get an email to say that it isn’t just a free gift but you have to spend money to get it, on a different website which is extremely misleading.

Most of the time your order is delayed or doesn’t show up and they make you wait 21 days before u can request a refund.
