placed order for few products from them, but I didn’t get the products, very rude customer support, Don’t install the app, You will loose your money and time

Hello everyone... i am here to express my worst experience with @myproteinin. Starting from the very beginning i placed my first order with @myproteinin of ?4738 for 2.5kg keventers coffee protein and along with it free metal shaker and a plastic shaker which was their ongoing offer on 11th of may 2023 so i made the payment through my PhonePe wallet and after that i got the mail from Phonepe that my transaction has been made successfully to @myproteinin l'll attach the screenshots of the payment. After few hours i noticed that @myproteinin hasn't confirmed my order bcoz they haven't got the payment yet so i contacted customer care no of PhonePe asking them what went wrong with my payment they told me very clearly that my payment has been successfully transferred to Myprotein it's there fault they are responsible for your payment now. Then I contacted customer care service i would say worst service of Myprotein they are not even replying appropriately to queries they kept asking me about my credentials and all .i gave them but nothing happened then on 14 may i made my second order hoping that they will surely refund my money bcoz i trusted them and the reason behind my second order was I didn't wanted to miss the sale of 35% off but guess what? They cancelled my order bocz they were out of stock like seriously?? my only question to them is that what's the point of ordering in sale offers when eventually they have to cancel the order?? why are you looting your customers when your company is not even capable of managing the order why don't you just close the company?? Do you guys think that my money is worthless?? Or you have ths rights to fraud me? I have sent enough messages to them regarding my order but nothing happened . I am regretting my decision of being influenced by taneja.gaurav for buying supplements from this fraud company. I have sent them 100+ text for my refund but they are not responding ok that's fine now i will file complaint against them in consumer court @consumeraffairs_goiIrequest @taneja.gaurav to please help me out iknow you're not responsible for this but i cannot leave my money i belong from a middle class family 5000 is very big amount for me. Please help.

Been a while since I am facing the issue of login. I have my account setup through one of my gmail id. When i try to login in, it simply says google login failed

Their in app support chat assistant doesn’t works, their mail id doesn’t work, also they don’t have any valid customer care number!

Even after 2weeks order status is still showing as processing . Customer support answer is satisfactory at all . Now doubting if on cancelling the order I will get my refund or not . Not going to buy anything again. Cheat Company.

They will not resolve the issue rather will keep on procrastinate it by saying we are investing in the issue.. They will never refund.. At the end they will say…we can't take this complain further…I mean hell..

I have ordered protein of around 11k INR and made a payment in favour of Myprotein through phonepe UPI option and the amount has been debited from my account and its been 5 days they have not send me the confirmation mail for the order and also not updated the order in the application. They only provide chat support and that is also not referring to my problem. Worst experience, i use their website for authenticity , never thought they will become fraud

I tried this app 3 times out of which 2 times i faced payment issue. They take hell lot of time to process your issue and they dont provide you product on sale price rather they return your money now you have to buy their products on higher prices.

I have not tried the actual product, yet I felt I should leave a review. My order has passed the expected dispatch date but the status of my order shows as processing till today and I have contacted customer services several times only through chat with same answer "your issue will be resolved". If we call customer care number your will be in waiting list till your call get disconnected. No use to call helpline number. Worst experience, going forward I am not ordering any product from this app.
