Unreliable
The app was just as disappointing as the websites- which the app referred me to anyways. It kept glitching and constantly refreshing. If you want to be absolutely certain that you have your tickets, book them ahead so you have time to deal with technical difficulties. As for the provider- your tangible service is relatively comfortable, though it gets overshadowed by the technical deficiencies.

Non-functional connection search, after entering the boarding and alighting stops, selecting the time and confirmation an ERROR pops up, the same on the web
Application is crashing
The app crashes whenever I click to From/To ... iPhoneX
