I’ve used this app for travel before. Phone and app are up to date but it’s constantly crashing. Tried restarting, still crashing

Seems to be a few negative comments however I’m 76 and I had no trouble at all. Booked, paid, travelled! Those cheap prices are wonderful.

This is a really great and easy-to-use app. Until you go to pay. If you don't use PayPal, you're taken to a really basic payment info screen where you have to re-enter your details every time. If you adopted Apple Pay, booking would be faster and more convenient.

When on ticket page the app crashes and exits out once you scroll down. Also, a generally non-intuitive schedule. Please sort out!

Chose a journey the app offered, then entered a lot of reqd info only to then be told it was an invalid journey. Tried every permutation of data I could think of to take a different path through the code but nothing worked Not much use if you can't even book a major feeder to LHR

Don't rely on this app. It's really confusing and requires you to know too much - eg the route number you want. How do you know that from overseas? Made me miss a coach cos it looked like it didn't exist. Use their web site - much better. Very poor user design.

Try to book a journey! After entering all journey details it asks you to renter it all over again. With account you should not have to pay booking fee of £1.50 but this does not work either. Don’t leave your day job NE!

The mobile app is very easy to use. Thanks national express 👍👍👍

The app constantly hangs when trying to make a booking and you have to go back to the booking page; when it returns you to the booking screen it holds some of the search values but resets others so you have to reenter; when it does go through it sometimes just sends you to another booking page where you have to reenter the same search/info, again; on iPad at least you can’t enter a departure time value because it won’t allow you to confirm the value selected; and when you do eventually get a booking sorted, it doesn’t make the booking available in the app - you have to go to the confirmation email and search the reservation number to enter manually into the app to have the booking show up. Shambolic. I have some of the the same problems on my iPhone, I don’t have these issues on Windows.

This must be the absolutely worst app ever invented! Did the office boy do it on his lunch break? Anything you search for on the initial page you have to reenter on the next! You can’t log in to your account and find your ticket, you have to first find the email with the ticket number then you can retrieve it. This is the only way to store it in your wallet as you can’t do it from the booking page/confirmation.
