Calendar is wrong

Seriously, whoever developed this app should be fired. How can you get the calendar wrong on an app that’s supposed to allow coach bookings?? Get it fixed. It’s not complicated!

Wrong dates on the calendar

I can’t believe!

Poorly tested App

One year later - July 2018 and the calendars are still incorrect. You have to work out which date to choose to get your travel date to appear correctly. When I complained, the Customer service rep suggested I should check dates on every screen in case they are incorrect and said i have to pay for an amendment.

Fix your app

Your app calendar for 2018 is completely wrong Last time I checked 1st May 2018 is on a Tuesday not a Friday You would think you would at least get that correct 🙄🙄

Crashes frequently

The app immediately crashes when I put in the name of the city to book a ticket

Linking ticket to app

I like the app but I haven't found a way to link a ticket not bought on the app with the app. Still exploring how to make it work better for me though

Incorrect 2017 dates displayed in most recent app update/release

2017 calendar dates are completely messed up when the user hits the calendar widget to book a National Express ticket via the app! Specifically, when clicking the date, the calendar widget displays the previous month as "current" and each date in all months is 3 days off what it should be (eg. Thursday, Jan. 26 shows as Thursday, Jan. 23). This can result in the customer booking the wrong date for their ticket. Very poor and must be fixed asap with a new update to avoid customer confusion! One would think this would be identified during app release testing before moving the updated app into production.

Calendar on Bookings is wrong

Not showing dates properly on 2017 calendar

No offline mode

Once you've bought a ticket, that ticket becomes unavailable to view or show the driver unless you have a wifi or data connection. The wifi didn't work on the coach I was on. I was visiting from outside UK so data roaming was off on my phone. As a result my ticket was not available. Fail!! It's not that hard to have tickets saved for offline viewing. Major fail!!
