We are traveling in GB during the National Rail strike. We had all our plans by rail. But have had to set up alternative travel by bus. The app is helpful and all routes we needed are available. Prices for travel are affordable. Will see how the bus travel goes over the next week.
Convenient and user friendly to use. Best coach service in UK. Love it.
Cant pull up coach tickets anymore and the coach tracker has never worked
Guys, if you needs this app fixes please hire a test engineer like me. It's really buggy and the UI/UX is a decade old. It might do the job, but I wouls pay more for a third party app like Omio to manahe it nicely for me. Payment, search, tickets.. all very bad. The service itself is fine though!
Easy to use app. When I needed to change the time on a reservation, the staff was very professional and responsive. Great bus drivers who gave us smooth rides.
Crashes as soon as I launch it. Useless.
Would be great , the look, the progression through purchase. Everything great for the outbound journey. Couldn't book because it wouldn't give me the option to choose my return journey. I could choose the date, but not the specific departure time. AND you could not review the trip details before purchase. So, Absolutely HOPELESS APP. NEEDS UPDATE.

Useless app that doesn’t save your bookings in the app. The confirmation email is also not visible if using a mobile gmail app. Only desktop version is supported. You can’t search for your confirmation in the mobile app because the search button is disabled. Very sketchy business. I booked a trip from London to Stansted and it took me an hour because the application does not give you warnings if your card is not going through. The user experience is horrible too, extra charges cover your screen and it’s hard to avoid it.
The calendar is all screwed up. Afraid to book a ticket with this app. Who knows what day it thinks it is..
