I’ve been using this app for about 5 years now and I love it. It’s completely part of my daily routine. Fun and easy to use. Now even easier since I have an Oura Ring. Totally worth it. I never worry about birth control, always know exactly when I can get pregnant. And I know my body a lot better nowadays. Also, the app is very well designed and a lot of improvements over the years have been made. High quality and great customer support.

great! you get to know your own body better which is a powerful feeling. you dont have to rely on yourself in google or a doctor who doesnt have enough time for you to explain everything in detail and as we are all unique we have to know ourselves better than anyone else. natural cycles is not only giving important information, but also communicates it naturally and open. easy and enriching!

Be careful girls

Well, I’m pregnant despite having seriously follow the instructions and taking correctly my morning temperature... Apparently the app is unable to predict irregular cycles or any little variation! Be careful girls, obviously it doesn’t work every time!

Es wird alles bestens erklärt und es macht Spaß die App zu verwenden. So lange hab ich nach einer Verhütung gesucht ohne Hormone Und bin endlich fündig geworden ich bin super happy damit.

It takes a while to get into measuring but the trick is to measure first thing when you wake up. The thermometer saves your reading once, so you can press the off button - snooze - and press it once more to check it again. I love using it now, who knew that getting to know your body could be so exciting and informative?
