Don’t bother
The thermometer is SO incredibly gimmicky and fiddly. It synced to my phone once and then after that never again. Showed a series of error messages constantly and a real pain. It should work as advertised. I have to manually take the temperature and enter it which I could have done myself without the expensive subscription. Big 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Life changing
I’ve been using natural cycles for a year and a half and I cannot recommend it enough. I’m in a long term relationship and using it as a contraceptive. I know so much more about my cycle and in tune with my body. Absolutely cannot recommend enough!
Would be lost without this app
Fantastic app! Would be lost without it! User friendly and the customer service is brilliant too. I can track everything I can think of so really good to see patterns and has helped me understand my cycle
3 years using Natural Cycles
Im 40 & have been using Natural cycles for 3 years. This has been my best experience with birth control. No nasty side effects like hormonal alternatives or allergic reactions from spermicide when using diaphragm. I ve been on the pill, had copper iud, progesterone coil. This us the best for me. It helps me tune into my body, lets me know when i will be getting pms or my period or ovulating. Absolutely fantastic. It also means if i want to switch to getting pregnant im fertile already unlike hormonal contraceptives.

Finally feel in touch with my own body and my own cycle. No more guessing and no more hormonal birth control. Every woman needs this app!
Cancellation
Make sure you cancel in the app, cancelling through apple ID wont work! I just got billed the annual prescription and I'm raging!
A welcome alternative to hormonal contraception
I personally can’t fault the app. I’m delighted that I’m off hormonal contraception and really enjoying learning about my body and my cycle. I was in the pill for 9 years and very surprised that my body bounced back so quickly to quite a regular cycle. I would highly recommend to people wanted rid of hormonal contraception.

Didn’t work for me. I used to perfectly and some how managed to get pregnant on a green day.
First cycle done
I have just completed my first cycle with natural cycles and overall I was so surprised at how easy it is to remember to take my temperature and to input the info. I also really enjoyed getting to know my cycle and how it works as after over 10 years on the pill I really had no clue how it worked.
