Been using natural cycles for more than 3 years. It has completely changed my life for the better. Used it as a contraceptive method for more 1,5 years and as a fertility method as well (got pregnant super fast). Now using the oura ring and could not recommend NC more. Love what you’re doing. Keep changing the way women look at their health!
100% life changing. 93-98% reliability, same or better than most hormonal options. So thankful I found this. I’ve been using it one year as my body recovers from 11+ years of hormonal bc. I recommend reading “beyond the pill” to learn and understand how and why this app works, and this app holds me accountable, teaches me things, tracks everything, is always creating updates users ask for, and I love it.
I have the hormonal IUD and won’t remove it for a year. Still, I wanted to be aware of what to expect throughout my cycle. The app only allows me to use the demo mode since I have a hormonal IUD even though I reported to have it in the quiz when signing up. Please make it so that people can’t purchase the app if they answer in the quiz that they have a hormonal IUD. It’s ridiculous to sell an app to people who can’t even use it. Or make the demo mode obsolete for customers with IUD.
After dealing with hormonal imbalances and trying to understand my body better trying some other trackers in the market I came across natural cycles and it has been the best investment ever. It’s easy to use, specially with the Apple Watch sync and there’s an ease that comes with knowing and being able to take action. One thing I would suggest that another tracker had and I found it helpful was understanding which hormones were most present at each stage of my cycle more as a guide and to even know what their role and timing is in our cycle.
I’m waiting for my thermometer about now 2 month when the maximum is about 1 month and I don’t know still nothing. The responses are automatically sent from a robot. This cost me 70€ is a scam and the worst app in the world. I was very excited about a hormone free control birth but if works like this the costumer service I can’t imagine how the algorithm will work
Llevo utilizandola más de un año justo cuando quise dejar las pastillas anticonceptivas y es lo mejor que he podido hacer. Utilizo la verdión de pago pero vale cada euro que cuesta (incluye termómetro para registrar tu temperatura). Desde que la utilizo he aprendido las diferentes fases de nuestro ciclo y entender que no solo es la regla lo que nos puede afectar. Gran aplicación!
Been using NC for more than a year now. It’s changed my life! I love that is hormone free and I trust the algorithm 100% (it predicts my period right every single time even when my cycles vary in length). We should have been taught about hormone free contraception since we were teens! Thank you NC for helping women and everything that you do for us ❤️
La app es muy buena la verdad, lo que veo muy mal es que empieza a contar el mes desde el dia que pagas aunque no tengas el termometro, porque tarda unos cuantos dias en llegarte.. entonteces de ese mes de subscripción pierdes una semana mas o menos.

I love that I don’t need to put neither hormones nor metal inside my body in order to avoid pregnancy. And the best thing is that when the day comes that I want to get pregnant I just continue with this same method! I never liked condoms so that is no long term option either in relationships. I have also learned a lot about the female body thanks to this app. Before using it I had no clue we can only get pregnant 6 days per cycle. Amazing to know! (And insane no one has told me this earlier!!). The only difficulty I have had with this app is that during periods I haven’t been able to register my temperature due to my sleeping problems. But that’s not the app’s “fault”. But for people with sleeping problems it’s not ideal since you need to sleep the same amount of hours every night +/- 2 hours. This method still works even if you don’t, you just get more red days = days you need to protect yourself. I recommend 100%!
