I have had an ablation so I am not aware of my cycle at any capacity. I wanted to figure out when I ovulated so I could be more in tune with my body and why it feels/looks the way it does and certain times. This app has allowed me to not only calculate when I ovulate, but it also allows me to track different symptoms I am experiencing and has giving me so much more freedom to know and understand my body! Highly suggest!

I got this app to use with my Oura ring as my primary method of birth control immediately after giving birth to my son. I’m breastfeeding, so I scoured the app for a setting that accommodated for this, as I wasn’t expecting a period for a while. However, there is none, so the app was kinda glitchy for a while and almost acted like it was disappointed in me for not ovulating 😅 I’ve now ovulated thrice, but another issue is that I don’t think the LH test camera thing works, as it always says negative when I’m definitely ovulating and have taken multiple tests. Other than these small things, it works very well!

There is clearly an issue with the app. When signing up, and after clicking the Oura ring option, it only suggested the Apple Watch. Tried and retried to get it to work. Don’t waste your time.

I really love this app. Trying to get pregnant can be a stressful experience but this app is encouraging and definitely helpful for learning more about your body and cycle. Would recommend to anyone trying to conceive. Hoping I will be pregnant soon and can use the app for tracking my pregnancy and post partum journey!

This app is ok at tracking your periods and other symptoms manually, but that’s about it. Despite taking my temp almost every morning - though that’s a pain in & of itself - the app never seemed to know when I’d ovulate or have my period, often waiting when it thought I’d ovulated by over a week at times or being off on when I was due on my period by over a week. I appreciate the thought behind the app, but just be aware - this really doesn’t work for everyone’s body. Off to find a better way to naturally track my fertility / cycle. (I used this product for 11 months before writing this review)

love the app, has been game changing for me as someone wanting to get off oral contraceptives. my one wish is that the “fertile” or “use protection” was not emblazoned on the screen when you opened it, it’s not very discreet! i wish it wasn’t just the biggest, first thing you see when you open the app — sometimes i check in public when i remember to add symptoms or to sync with my oura ring, and it’s embarrassing. but love the app function!

I got off birth control last year and wanted to track my cycles. I have PCOS so i also wanted to monitor my reproductive health, as your period is the 5th vital sign! I started using the app with the thermometer but I would forget in the morning before work sometimes. The Oura Ring integration is brilliant! It tracks my temperature automatically and it's accurate!

I used the app on and off for a year. I need something that does more than just keeping track of my temperature. So, I was waiting for my subscription to expire. I get notified that they charged me and I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription because I didn’t want it renewed. They said that they contacted me a month ago and there was nothing they could do about it. I was unable to actually speak with a human as everything was done through email. I would not recommend!

Hi, I enjoy using this app and am happy that it’s FDA approved for birth control. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out what’s going on (ovulation is not an exact science yet because there’s more research needing to be done on the FEMALE BODY) Usually it tells me around when I suspect my ovulation to occur and then it changes sometimes drastically once I’ve entered the period that follows up. Ive been using it for 5 months now. Can’t wait to see how accurate it gets. Wish they sent out free LH tests.

I have learned so much about my body in the few months that I have been using this app. I am so glad to be free of hormonal birth controls that made me feel so terrible every single day and be able to trust my body. For the longest time I thought I was going to have to feel awful for as long as I didn’t want to get pregnant, feeling as if the pill, or IUD or some other type of hormonal birth control was my only option - and then on a whim, after having my son (and immediately going back to the pill 6 weeks post partum), I found natural cycles and it’s changed everything. I really will never go back to hormonal birth control. Thank you so much Natural Cycles!
