Una Truffa!
Ho dato i miei dati di carta di credito per la settimana di prova e nonostante avessi annullato la sottoscrizione mi hanno comunque scalato i 139 euro di abbonamento annuale. Ho chiesto il rimborso, me l’hanno confermato ma non è MAI ARRIVATO. Sono allibita e sto pensando di procedere legalmente per truffa.
Bene ma non benissimo
Credo che tutto il programma Nerva funzioni, e lo credo perchè le uniche volte che sono riuscita a fare le sessioni per 8 giorni continuativi ho visto già dei miglioramenti sostanziali nella mia digestione. Sarebbe da 5 stelle ma esistono dei punti critici che me ne fanno dare 3 e sono i seguenti: 1. La voce narrante delle sedute: per me è soporifera, mi addormento rovinosamente e questa cosa mi frustra e non mi da la spinta a continuare, per questo non sono mai riuscita a fare più di 8 giorni di sessioni continuative. Forse avere la scelta tra diverse voci e avere la sessione in lingua italiana potrebbe aiutare a bypassare questo problema. 2. Il costo elevato: ho pagato per mesi quest’app ma non riuscendo ad avere costanza per via della frustrazione di cui sopra ho buttato via i soldi. Se fossi riuscita a finire il ciclo di 6 settimane ovviamente non sarebbe un argomento così critico. E non mi sono sentita di chiedere un rimborso dato che credo nel fatto che il prodotto funzioni! Alla luce di ciò vorrei tanto che gli sviluppatori considerassero davvero una versione multilingue e che nel frattempo implementassero un range vocale della voce narrante diversificato.

I tried this app just out of curiosity and being quite skeptical. I can’t describe how much it changed my life and how effective it was on some of my gut symptoms! Please develop a multi-language version!
