I’ve been seeing ads for nerva for a while now & always knew that hypnotherapy works as i did it previously but not for gut related troubles. A week ago i got a big flair up & decided to try it. I fully committed for a week and the reduction in my symptoms are INCREDIBLE. I feel so good & my gut feels so calm. No coincidence im sure! Will continue with the full program. I love the set up & the audios are very high quality & incredibly calming. Well done team nerva!!
Cheaper than irl sessions but for someone with a low income the price is too much. Also paying per year makes it annoying, per month would be better if you don’t earn a lot of money.
Amazing. In 15 mins a day I return to more calm, less anxious state and at the end of the day less painful and bloated. Loving this first week.
My issues are closer to functional dyspepsia than IBS. However, since both conditions are related with very similar causes and a lot of overlap in symptoms, I thought I’d give Nerva a try. Fortunately, their program covers such a broad range of gut and stomach issues, I found it was no problem using it for my situation - I was mostly dealing with frequent feelings of mild to moderate nausea. After just a couple of weeks on the program, my issues started to markedly improve. By the end, I was having almost no issues, and those I did have were far less disruptive. As a bonus, my sleep, which had been terrible for months, became much better. I’d been feeling terrible for close to nine months, when various stressful things in my life suddenly caused me to become sick like I’d never been sick before. I tried all kinds of things with limited success - changing my diet, taking various supplements and medicines, etc. And while I did make some initial improvements, I never started to feel reliably normal again until I tried Nerva. I know it won’t work for everyone with these issues because nothing does, but if you haven’t gotten anywhere with other treatments, I really recommend giving it a try. It may seem expensive for an app, but it’s a tiny price to pay if you’ve been feeling sick for months on end - and it’s much cheaper than similar treatment from doctors - I loved being able to do it where and when I wanted, in the privacy of my own home, without the added stress of appointments or dealing with practitioners. I can’t recommend this product enough - it really gave me my health back… and even if I have issues in the future, I feel more confident I’ll have the tools to cope.
I have been doing the program for a while now. After the six weeks I felt already much better. My complaints were not totally away so I got the advice to keep going with some sessions. I was lacking in these and got more problems again. Now I started the sessions again and they really help to get the complaints away or otherwise to minimize them. It is really different than before. It really really works! :-)
I had an issue with my account, and the customer service was super helpful and quick to fix my issue.
Enough said in the title, absolutely absurdly high price
Tried it for a week, it looks good, but for this price no thanks. This is not an app to help people with IBS but more to fill their own pockets. There are a lot of paid apps, but have not seen any price like this since 15 years using the app store..
I really like this app. Their scientific approach and explanation is great! I really recommend this above all other treatments.
I have been doing the program for six weeks now and it’s so different than before. It really really works! :-) so happy!
