User friendly, great setup, you can order your favorite coffee, accessories, and machines with this app. And you can even see the latest deals for Club members.
Nespresso App
Brilliant I find this way of ordering so easy, do not experience any issues. When I order my Capsules they arrive within 3days. I also have the App on my Smart phone and get notifications such as when to clean my Vertuo Pop Machine, or if it detects issues. I think the variety of Capsules is good. Thank You Nespresso for your prompt service.

Very good App. Easy to order for pick up or delivery
Easy to order, but first time and special offers are confusing.
I was supposed to receive a free offer of capsules with the coffee machine purchase, but by the time I returned from holiday, I found the offer had expired. My first order attracted a “free” offer, but this did not show on the order. I am confused!
Easy to use
Fast, efficient and coffee arrives on time every time.
App is rubbish
Won’t accept my login details, multiple calls to ‘tech support’. Have to stick to web browser and am unable to get updates to my new Vertuo machine :-(
Pairing nightmare
My phone us connected to wifi The app should not be messing with me for wifi password By this time machine is off and gave to start all over again NEEDS ACCESS TO TRACK AND TRACE ALSO Tweb site also nightmare for this tracking wanting password when your all ready logged in
