Super app: et recommandation
Facile d’utilisation. Ça donne le goût de commander. Amélioration proposée: mettre en évidence en tout temps la valeur de la commande pour atteindre la livraison gratuite.
Could be improved
I put in my order and then it said I had not chosen a delivery method. But it didn’t tell me where I could do that and it didn’t offer to take me there with a link or something. Also, I was supposed to get $10 off on my first app order but I didn’t see this on the bill:-(
Ultra convenient!!!
This app is fantastic (esp. if you live a fair distance to the nearest Nespresso store! Has almost the whole inventory (I did find a whole box of Cuban origin at the one downtown (a seasonal release) that the app didn’t have). I order on the app usually and my pods (and gifts (don’t forget the gifts!)) get out here in 2 days! Use this app if you have a Nespresso. You won’t regret it!
PayPal removed, very basic app
I was disappointed PayPal was no longer a payment option. Very rudimentary app.
Love the coffee
App does what it’s supposed to but sometimes it glitches and the text doesn’t show on the buttons
Where’s my $10 off?
I downloaded the app and was supposed to receive $10 off my order. I did not receive $10 off!

Love the coffee options, convenient ordering and delivery/recycling programme. Ca fonctionne très bien!

The Nespresso app is easy to use and I love the free gifts and free coffee.
Most likely the worst app on the App Store
Nestle Nespresso has all of this money and has the worst app on the App Store. Buggy, extremely poor user experience, and zero thought in transitions and navigation. Honestly.. spend some money and develop a proper app.
