Everytime I want to finish a order it just shows the spinning processing circle for a few seconds and then nothing. It’s nice for browsing and adding products to the basket but when I can’t use it until the final step then the app is not functional

Your app is weird. Fix it. If the app would quit when I’d be ordering, I’d give it 2 stars, but it only affects me purchasing your biscuits or accessories.. sooo, I guess your loss. Before you say anything tho, I have an iPhone 14 Pro so it’s on your end, not mine. Fairly disappointing to say the least.
The app keeps force closing. It’s happening very often. Deleted and reinstalled the app, the problem still persists. Same problem on iPhone 13 Pro & iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Since beginning of the year, the continue button from Basket tab is not doing anything, except for showing the spinner. Gave up 2-3 orders because of this. The website is working ok. Just updated the app, the same. I am logged in, i can retrieve the history, can’t place the order.

This is the worst functioning app I’ve ever tried. This is not a criticism to the coffee. That part they got working really well. It just makes it really difficult to order, because every time I try to log in, my password (that is saved in the device) doesn’t work, then I try to redo it, but the email doesn’t always come. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it’s working again, but I’ve already done this several times over the past few months. And it’s always the same issue. Too bad.
Abia am facut cont, am si cumparat de la voi, dupa comanda imi spuneti ca datele nu sunt corecte! De vina este site-ul vostru si cine vi la facut, la cat sunteti de cunoscuti in lume, nu va permiteti pe cineva care sa va puna la punct un site si o aplicatie functionala…, aplicatia este primitiva, inutila.., cafeaua este ok, dar restul lasa de dorit!!
O aplicație intuitivă și de un real ajutor.
