Final straw. Can’t be used in the playoffs if you aren’t watching the live games. Game 7 playoff result was spoiled because the “Upcoming Games” on the first line of the app had the next series which of course ruined that series. Constant login crashes on all devices.

Simple review, I’m on Apple phone and Apple TV and CAN NOT LOG IN. I have reset my password multiple times, know I enter my password correctly, and continually get stuck in a loop of being asked to “Please sign in again to see your NHL profile…” Can’t even create a new profile on laptop/desktop, only get the constant loading wheel. Not happy NHL TV app team

Sometimes it’s impossible to log in. Not all bugs get reported or advised to us customers.

I couldn’t hate an app or sports streaming platform more. Constant issues with having to sign in and out, and changing passwords, not to mention the quality of stream is consistently worse than every other streaming app I use. Completely unacceptable for an organisation this size to offer such a poor product.

Stable, good quality streams. All current games plus recaps and games are available for a good while if you miss something. Not as good as the original NHLtv which had basically every game ever recorded and kept games up indefinitely, so only 4 stars not 5.

I can watch any game at any time. Amazing!

Great having the app on Apple TV in Australia but getting frustrated with the need to sign in over and over again just when switching games. Fix would elevate my rating to 4-5 star.

Good to be able to watch NHL games from Australia. Some streams are better than others, the ESPN ones always have lots of lag/issues. Wish there was an option on streaming that if you start the game late that you can start the stream at to the start of the game instead of always being live. Also having to log in so many times is getting annoying when watching on Apple TV. Doesn’t make sense why you would need to sign in again when switching from one game to another.

No Option in the App to turn off Closed Caption, When chromecast

Please address to closed captioning issues. On my phone the closed captioning is always on and cannot be turned off. There is no closed captioning on my iPad but chrome casting is unavailable. There is a lot of people with the closed captioning issue and it’s not being addressed, is anyone listening?
