Unable to login to tv app. Keeps saying invalid email address

bought the tv package. only allows you to watch the first period repeatedly. while the second period is on.

Why is this app no longer available on Apple TV?

I live abroad and have been using the NHL.com app for years to watch the playoffs, as my busy job does not allow me to watch hockey all year round. I never had any problems with the app on any device or browser. Then the league decided to invent something called “NHL TV” for its subscriptions, and what a horrible app it is. Yesterday, I spent nearly two hours trying to get a monthly subscription, which I used to be able to do seamlessly, in minutes. I tried multiple devices and different browsers, and I also read all the troubleshooting tips on the internet. Nothing worked and I kept getting the same messages asking me to reset my account or telling me that my account doesn’t exist. Finally, I found a post from a businessman hockey fan who had similar complaints about trying to access games now when he’s out of the country. In the end, he found the only solution to be paying for monthly VPN service and fooling your devices into thinking that you are watching from North America. So now, I have a hockey, but I pay $7 USD more per month than I should be paying simply because the NHL decided to replace their traditional subscription service with this horrible app. Why, NHL?? Why??!!

Using outside Canada, this app is brutal. Kicked out with 5min remaining. Unable to sign in. Certain non-NAmerica countries blacked out. Shame shame.

Two main problems, we cannot see this on Apple TV where we usually watch our NHL games, and sometimes we get kicked out, NEEDA IMPROVEMENT

Every time I open the app I have to restore purchase. Just pure garbage. Take another good look before release the app please. Very annoying indeed.

Constantly logging out, somehow when I go to full screen mode on iPad it flips to upside down and stays that way, terrible lag and video quality. Not to longer available on Apple TV so I cannot watch that way, which is another huge fail.

Just paid for the monthly subscription…can’t watch games… Lame
