they admitted to me they mishandled my request for refund, and then they kept my subscription money without giving me a subscription. their customer service is pathetically lost, they don't follow your explanations they do whatever they want.
I’ve been using this for two months now in Southeast Asia. I cast from the app or website to my Apple TV and it’s perfect. I like how you can pick which broadcast (home or away) you want. The streaming is very consistent and never low res. Great job 👍🏻.
How come one can no longer use an Apple TV to watch. Need to rethink my subscription
So inconsistent. Streams stop working. Dates are wrong. You have to search in app for your team even though you’ve selected them as a favorite. It’s basically garbage.
A paid for service should be 99% reliable, that is not the case. Playoff games and the stream breaks down in the middle of the game. Come on!

You don’t have access to the feed in French…. Only when it’s live…. You have to watch it on a computer to get access to it. This app has not been working properly since the beginning, all kind of problems came up since the opening season, you should show more respect to the people watching the games from abroad…
Just does it job and show games, thats about it. Need another NHL app if you want follow what is going on at other games. This is just bad app and i whish i could use old app what was more user friendly.
