Buggy and Support is Horrible
It hasn’t seemed to work right last year. I miss the old days when there was an Apple TV app. This year I got stuck in some weird circle where I payed for a year and when I wanted to watch a game it said I didn’t have a subscription. So, I assumed I didn’t have a subscription so I paid for a month on the Apple Store and same problem. I contacted support and they said I didn’t have a subscription. So I cancelled my Apple subscription and tried to pay again. This time it said I had a subscription and can’t pay for a new one. When I didn’t have one?! Now, I’m at the point where NHL support says I cancelled my yearly subscription and Apple refunded me… It started working. Anyways, support was horrible, they never read the mail clearly and it looked like they were just copy pasting. I was lucky if I got two e-mails in 24 hours and missed the start of the season. I’ll still pay for it because it’s the only option.
