I’ve been using this app weekly for five years. With the latest update, you now have to sign in clicking 4 times just to open the app and then it resets my achievements and programs every time. It seems every update has made this great app worse.
Was better when they also had plans you could follow.
It always has nice exercises that calm me down
Why would you get rid of the workout focus category?? Hate the new layout
The workouts are all well put together and I enjoy the programs.
Actual good and free workouts without having to have some kinda money commitment
Love your Ap! It has helped me get healthy. I love that its so diverse with yoga, strength, endurance and meditation and also 5 minute to 30 minutes. All the trainers are great, everything about it makes it easy to want to work out.

It is crazy that this app is free. It will make you “Nike pilled” but there are worst things to be.
I love this app! Been using it for 11 years ! But since i've download the update,or even before , I can’t start a program. It only shows the preview . There is no way, it start :( Can you please fix it
