Change the workouts back!!
Please change the workouts back to the step-by-step that they were before. The new workouts are in video format and this means I cannot see the steps of the workout before hand and makes choosing a workout more difficult. Also they cannot be downloaded anymore which causes lags. Please change it back!!! At the very least please just add the old workouts back how they were. The new "whiteboard" option does not have an automatic timer like the old one meaning I have to go and change each step manually. So annoying!! Why would you make your app worse?????
Doesn’t work at all
Unusable app that promises free workouts and information; will refuse to send any verification code for any email. Compeltely useless

updates very disapointing
I enjoyed using NTC over the past few years especially during the covid lockdowns.
Recently, many if not all the strenght and yoga workouts disappeared…for pregnancy and post-partum 10min workouts.
I deleted the app because I feel the needs of a minority took over the interests of a majority.
The new app is horrible
The interface, the features, the layout of the workouts.. it’s all horrible. Whoever approved the change of the new app needs to spoken to because it’s not good. And they deleted all of my workouts
Great workouts and mobility choices
Highly recommend this for pre-hab, quick workouts especially when travelling and for stretching
Bring back old workout plans and whiteboard exercises
Bring back the old whiteboard exercises and the old workout plans. The whiteboards are way better than watching exercise videos. It was great to put out new videos and content, but it was unnecessary to remove the old stuff everyone still enjoyed. Instead of spending a lot of money producing new exercise videos, maybe take the existing videos and chop those up to make more whiteboard routines. Also, bring back the old exercise plans. The scheduling system worked better before.
Great app
Great app with lots of workouts for all stages of fitness. Feature requests for devs to consider
- Add a filter and sort to the saved workout page - makes finding a workout easier.
- Ability to repeat a scheduled workout, not just a day in the future, will help build a plan for those trying to set a habit started.
Not a good update
I just started using this app again, I used to swear by it many years ago. I much prefer the old format where your told which exercises to do and there is a timer that beeps when it’s time to change. I don’t like having to keep my screen on to watch a video. I’d rather just have the timer.
Incredibly disappointing updates
I used this app religiously for years. I recently redownloaded it to find it’s been updated with some very poor changes. The app used to have multiple ways to workout, including video sections, timed workouts with countdowns, seeing the next exercise ahead of time to prepare, built in transition times, the ability to skip an exercise, tracking the amount of effort, or even just a classic rep based workout if that’s what you’re into. It was both the variety of workout styles and the thoroughness of the explanations with the way the workouts were set up that made the app. Now, you essentially have a selection of YouTube videos. I kid you not, I spent 30 minutes trying to find the old workout styles. This is the only workout style option available now from what I understand. you can’t see what exercises you’re doing you’re doing ahead of time (not when you’re first looking at the working, nor when you’re actively doing it), what the impact level will be, you don’t have the option to skip exercises(you can skip through in the video but it doesn’t get recorded the same way), you don’t track the difficulty level, and many other features that made the app easy to understand and fun to use have been removed. Other than the awards and the fact that it tracks your past workouts, there’s no advantage to this over a YouTube video. This is incredibly disappointing to see as the platform was very useful and an incredible workout app and is now essentially a bunch of YouTube videos.
