This app offers so many great workouts suitable for everyone; whether you are just beginning your journey, or you want to continue your strength journey, this app is absolutely, 100% a five star.
The whole reason I downloaded was to use them and now they’ve been missing for a week
Bring back Megan Thee Stallion workouts
Overall it’s a good app. Tons of content for every fitness level. I love to follow the trainers during the workouts, it makes me take less brakes and challenges me to stick through it all that said I wish there was a plan or series from beginner to advanced focusing on calisthenics alone. I’d love to see a section within the series showing the exercise movement for that day giving you the options to make it easier or harder, and a section where you can follow the instructor through the workout or, have two people doing the whole workout performing the exercises using different degrees of difficulty allowing you to pick who to focus on while following along. And then of course the ability to get to progress through the plan and unlock more challenging movements the further you advance.
The app is worthless unless you change the phone language to English. Changing language region in app has no consequence. This should be fixed, like yesterday.
Trying to join to use the app, but neither through the app or website, the codes are received. Tried different email addresses, and checked unwanted emails folder as well.
I downloaded the app but it won’t send me an email for new account sign up. I heard good things about this app for weight training from a coworker, but unable to use it due to not being able to sign up. I used a gmail address and triple checked spam filters and ‘all mail’. Nothing received despite repeated attempts to create an account.
I remember using this app during the Covid lockdown and now still as a teen I decided to try it again since everything is free and I can do it in my bedroom, living room or backyard which is my favorite place to do the workouts (you just need WiFi). I love that everything is free and easy to do since I am a teen that can’t afford a gym membership like I did last year. I am not so skinny (I am trying to be / working on it) and I am so glad these workouts are easy to do for anyone (yes they also have more advanced stuff, I’m not ready for it yet). They also have things with and without equipment needed and you can sync your Apple Music playlist. I like using this app on my iPad, I just wish the app itself was played out for the iPad however the workout videos are just fine and you can click a button that pops up in the corner that makes the video fit the screen. Also each coach walks you through each workout. I have only done 3 workouts since I redownloaded the app, the app has definitely gotten better since 2020 and I am definitely here to stay even if I do sign up for a real gym again!
There are enough ratings of this app. But I still felt compelled to come and say this app is phenomenal. Huge selection of genuinely challenging workouts. Love it!
