Additional comment. Right now, support team contacts to me and helps me to recover all my saved files. My problem solved. Original comment All saved files were disappear in the app, no support team to help to recovery.
2021/07/26 at every update the response of the pencil is going worse. the ap crashes itself for no reason. is impossible to save the settings to export properly. one drive is still not supported. WAS THE BEST NOTE TAKING APP, NOW IS THE WORST. 2019/05/15 I have loved this app, and has been my buddy in so many sales meeting and deal closing .... ..... but now, every new release, instead to fix bugs, other hundreds are added! support of imported PDF (for note taking) become totally CRAP.... is impossible to have it working properly. last but not least SURFACE app, is still out of scope, so i cannot take notes in one app and share among my devices. time to leave and uninstall it. ************** best notepad ever, missing the 5* just because is missed the porting on windows (surface) are more than 5 years that i use this software and is amazing. now i have got also a surface, so sometime i have to work with that (powerpoint, excel, word.... and all the things that BUSINESS uses.... the Mac and Apple is not out there!) and unfortunately there is not yet a porting on windows and surface. when will be available, this app will get 7* ... because will give you full portability, bringing your notes... EVERYWHERE.... so for the moment, i have to switch to ONENOTE to have this opportunity.

Easy to use Near excellent. Please fix this 1. Can’t sync google drive and OneDrive at this time? 2. Can’t export to word 3. Confused to export and save file

There are some good point that I like, but also many problems found after long time using. *Pages lose -> became gray and can’t get it back *Duplicate files -> even deleted, it shows up again *Can’t view list pages -> app crash after choose this view What’s else? I wouldn’t suggest this app for someone who looks for note taking app. If you don’t want to waste your time with many bugs and lose your valuable note.
สอบถามหน่อยครับ…ได้อัพเดทซอฟแวร์ใหม่แต่พอเปิดมาใช้งานคร่าวนี้เวลาดึงข้อมูลมาแต่ตัวหนังสือไม่แสดงหรือไม่มีข้อมูลเลยเกิดอะไรขึ้น……ต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ
