This was a great app and makes my writing even better. But last year bugs crept in and now when I write a whole line, suddenly my word or line/s vanishes with a stroke. This problems continues to persist even after 1 year. I bought a 12.9 inches iPad to write but this app let me down. I even paid for this version.

The app is unable to start at the iPad. Some serious issues with the paid application and no one is bothered to respond.

After the update “data migration”, the app is very unstable and hardly usable. Pls. fix the bugs shortly. Thanks.

One year ago when I start use it to take notes, it made my life easier. It was a good App. But it started to get stuck when 2019. Maybe the developer added some suck magic to make it get stuck a long time each time I launch it. Then, after recent update, the app turns all my original notebooks into sth like trash. All my ‘book’ now became ‘book 1’ , ‘book 2’ even up to ‘book 5’, together with folder ‘book’ and a lot of files inside it. The fantastic duplicate files and the great iCloud sync made my iCloud storage full. I don’t know what are the developers doing. They are destroying the app. DO NOT BUY THIS DYING APP.

After update the app, the data migration process lasts for a few days until now not yet finished. When it almost done, it crashes and the app exits. All have to be done again. Pls fix ASAP thanks.

Cant sync with iCloud ?????

There are so many bugs after update iOS 12.2. Actually, I can,t keep writing during some of words, sentences have been disappeared during I’m writing , and backup cannot be able to restore. This is a disaster! I already had hard reset of my iPad Pro and restore from backup. Some of backup file can be found but it will be shown grey color which mean I cannot do select it. I’ve been send email with capture photos and videos prove to them these days but only one reply that is useless, I need to rewrite all I can find, Jesus! But NotesPlus keeps crash, writing are missing,

U kn I am buying this app for my Japanese note taking. And it can’t search my Japanese handwriting globally!!! What a waste for such a good app! I really love taking note with this app, pls pls pls add that feature! With no choice, I have to switch to others like Notability that does have Japanese handwriting searching...

This is a wonderful note taking app! But it could be improved if: (1) images imported could be cropped and rotated (2) stokes could be converted to geometric shape/ lines directly Hope the above features could be seen in coming update! Thanks.

UPDATE on 23.10.2018 I have been using this app for several years. Today what I complained before happened again, and with two pages of handwriting of a letter to my family suddenly vanished into blank pages after I completed a few of them. There’s no way I could undo or retrieve from backup those very important pages. This unreliability is so disappointing and overrides what is good about this app. No matter how slick the app is with making beautiful notes but only to realise your efforts, and heartfelt words in my case, would just VANISH makes this app useless. This is the first app the performance of which made me cry, literally. _____________ I have tried many similar notetaking apps and this is by far the most satisfying one because of the very intuitive functioning and the beautiful mentoring of handwriting produced by an Apple Pencil. very neat and tidy layout autosync is perfect, and all necessary side functions like a web browser or an auto shape detection or Ocr are just marvellous. I would recommend it even double the price. if I could suggest the next update could it be charts or graphs or something that is hard to do it quickly and elegantly by and writing. if theere is auto calculation too would be a wow. ______________ UPDATE on 2.10.2017 as you can see I have given very positive review to this app before and I still think this is among the best notetaking apps on App Store. Recently a serious problem has started to emerge and that is some pages in the middle of a notebook would disappear and become a blank sheet - possibly because of the background sync process. And once it is synced it disappears from all of my devices and nowhere can it be retrieved — which gives me great difficulty as the notes are of great value to me. Advice from the developer on some recovery process to go back in time an earlier version of the file would be appreciated. ______________~
