Notes Plus

This would be wonderful, but as I finish writing a word, it just vanishes for no explicable reason. So frustrating! It makes the app unusable, so I've gone back to my old writing tool.

Used this app over ten years now and it has been great. Went to use it and it freezes on a black screen. Tried all things on the net but to no avail. Are the developers going to fix the issue which I guess is to do with the latest OS system. Please keep up with your updates.

Has been good up to now and I have used it for a few years. iPad update now the app stopped working, opens but is frozen. Tried restarting etc etc but no luck. I HAVE NOW LOST 3 YEARS OF NOTES FOR WORK,!!

Worked ok for a while and has now lost all my notes and the support from the developer is rubbish

This used to be my go to note taker. I liked everything about it; the interface, the functionality and the original features. Unfortunately somewhere along the line the developer forgot about customer trust and rolled out an untested version that completely wiped several years of notes. Folder structure intact with zero content. I have a cloud backup! Problem solved right? No. No restore from backup function. This is so annoying I am abandoning this product.

Personally speaking, there are plenty of note taking apps out there that are more aesthetic and cheaper and are not as laggy as this one….

I have used this app for over 12 months with no issue. Recently started to crash with blank pages, no functionality. I updated software / OS etc with no joy. No response from support. I deleted the app & reinstalled but now I cannot recover what I thought was backed up via iCloud. Still nothing from the developer & it looks like I’ve lost a lot of work. I have moved all work flow to PDF Expert now which has a direct back up to google drive & Apple files. I don’t see any coming back from this app. Poor form.

After months of notes taken with lot of care, I am surprised suddenly my notebooks have become empty folders which have as mane subfolders as pages they had but everything is empty. One of my notebooks was of my masters in finance, more than 150 pages completely lost! This is so irresponsible, it’s so annoying and even more, we have paid for this!!! This is a tremendous damage, I cannot even describe how much disappointment I am! It is so frustrating to see that all the derivations and graphs are just gone...crazy! I will never ever recommend this

Used for 3 years without any problems. Had the first one after updating the system and the remote support was quick to respond and precise on the answer. Very good customer service.

Buggy, confusing. pencil did not work well. Writing with an eraser. Regret buying this rubbish
