I paid for the app but it won’t work any more on my iPhone - but continues to work on my iPad. I guess that’s the consolation, I can use it on my iPad but not my iPhone. When I launch into my iPhone it either crashes or freezes. I have deleted and reinstalled, but the same issue.
I have an older iPad Mini that can’t update past iPadOS 15.8. Please update your app to work with this system. I paid for Notes Plus to use on this iPad (can’t really use it on an iPhone), but now it’s useless—just opens onto a blank, black screen. All my other apps are still working, so I don’t understand why you can’t tweak yours to work as well.
I really like this app and an disappointed that it crashes every few minutes. Every time it happens I loose a sentence. Annoying. If this was fixed, I’d give the app 5 stars for its design and usefulness!!
After an update done at November 19th 2022, the eraser do not erase anymore. Please fix it. Thanks.
Ever since i upgraded my ipad to 11pro i haven't been able to use this app due to lagging issues
I know it's glitchy, I know it's not as robust as others,and yet I keep coming back. I love the ability to insert a date and that I can easily switch between writing and typing. Some of my best corneal entries have been in this program. I am grateful that they have kept it alive. Jonathon
I used to love this app, it was a great, flexible and powerful way to make notes that would be searchable and converted to text. I used it for years! Now, this version pops up a window ALL THE TIME telling me to upgrade. Every 2-3 taps. I thought about it but if this happens in the old one, I don’t trust the new one. I’d rather not be strong-armed into paying you more money.
No longer my favourite app. Still has lots of bugs. Please bring back third party stylus, or is that the reason for the instability? Update. I found another app called Noteshelf that does not have as many bugs and supports third party stylus. I don’t use NotesPlus anymore. Too bad.
Don’t bother getting this app if you are switching from INKredible Pro on your Chromebook to your iPad. I have spent $23 between this app and the INKredible Pro app, and many hours uploading and downloading zip files to transfer my notes over. All for nothing. The iPad recognize the files but the app does not, the folders show up empty. Simply a waste. It was a great app on my Chromebook, and I am sure it is great here. But for $23 dollars I expect a much simpler way to move my notes over.
This used to be my favourite note taking app, since it had a lot going for it such as audio recording, movable/editing text after writing, an abundance of planners to choose from. However, as time progressed, I don’t think they’ve produced any meaningful updates that remedy the bugs that make it so frustrating to work now. I wouldn’t recommend.
