Real time travel information and automatic alerts on your trip.
• Our real time travel information assists you every step of the way. Easily enable automatic alerts on your trip. We will keep you informed in case of possible disruptions and when it is time to leave. When travelling with a mobile ticket in the app, the automatic alerts are enabled by default.
Easily plan & book your trip
• Planning and booking a trip is now even easier. Not only will you see the familiar overview of travel advices. We now also show you an overview of the available low fares in our fare calendar. All information regarding your booking in the app. Save your mobile ticket in the app for the best travel experience. Experience seamless travel with real time travel information and all the necessary details on your trip, your tickets and relevant information about your destination.

• By using our app and mobile tickets you will always be up to date with the latest information. Real time information and details based on your train trip, tickets and destination specific information will have you fully prepared for your upcoming journey.

Op de website online kon ik de tickets boeken voor 45 euro en in de app kosten ze 63 euro ik dacht dat ik wat fout gedaan had maar dat was niet zo … jammer dit

No QR code scan

Website shows a QR code for the booking to add it into the app. The app has no option to scan the QR code so you must enter the booking code manually. Sad!

Als ik tickets wil openen, crasht de app. Als ik het reisschema wil bekijken, krijg ik de melding “Wij kunnen momenteel geen actueel reisschema tonen”. Totaal onbruikbare app dus, helaas.

Ticket niet te openen op iPhone.

De app crashed bij het openen van het ticket op de iPhone 12 met laatste versie iOS en laatste versie van de app. Je kunt de app dus niet gebruiken om te reizen! Dus onderweg een ticket kopen werkt niet, want je moet het printen!

Ich habe vor, inzwischen beinah 1 Jahr eine Reise mit dem Eurostar gebucht, die, aufgrund eines Streiks, nicht stattgefunden hat. Es wäre mein Weihnachtsbesuch bei meinen Eltern in England gewesen. Es wurde versprochen, dass das Geld für das Ticket erstattet werden würde… ich habe bis Heute kein Geld zurückbekommen: Eurostar verweist auf die GvB, die GvB auf Eurostar… ich renne seit einem Jahr meinem Geld hinterher. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Und ich möchte hier behaupten, dass diese Vorgehensweise Programm ist! Solange die Rückerstattung zurückhalten, bis der Kunde endlich aufgibt…
