• Our real time travel information assists you every step of the way. Easily enable automatic alerts on your trip. We will keep you informed in case of possible disruptions and when it is time to leave. When travelling with a mobile ticket in the app, the automatic alerts are enabled by default.

Easily plan & book your trip

• Planning and booking a trip is now even easier. Not only will you see the familiar overview of travel advices. We now also show you an overview of the available low fares in our fare calendar. All information regarding your booking in the app. Save your mobile ticket in the app for the best travel experience. Won’t let me sign in this year. Password worked fine last year. I lived in the NL for many years, but not now. I love the trains, but this app is cranky. It may not like my foreign address, even though I bought tickets online.

Eventually in the sign up process you get to the point where you have to enter your details. I pushed the “English” button and was directed to a totally different site. Long story short, still cannot access my ticket on the app.

Awful

Just a bum on

So Apps are so bad that it is shocking that unbelievable that in this day and age they can still release Apps so bad. This is one of those Apps. It is just shockingly bad. Awful. Unusable. he developers should hang their heads in shame. I cannot successfully create or use an account. I have tried twice to two different email accounts. Each time they have failed. Every time I try to logon to an account I am taken to their website to fill in missing data. I bounce between English and Dutch. There is no missing data. I am out of the App and can't get back. My accounts (both) still don't work. I am just trying to book a train. Why so hard?? In the website I am taken too I book my train. Forget the App and my account. It is easier and works. But the ticket is not linked to my account. So what?? Why bother with the App at all?? It doesn’t work anyway.

Shocking. Even though setting is English, most pages to create and register are in Dutch. Still can’t get into app. Help responses in emails are in Dutch and I think are putting us on hold. We are in trouble as we have booked several trips and can’t download our tickets!!

The best I can do

I wanted to give this app at least four stars. I really wanted to. But when delays and cancellations roll round, this app fails. It's brilliant how streamlined all the information is - from prices to timetables to weather to destination options this could be a great app... But, their cancellation/delay updates work one way, but not the other. If you've planned your trip and paid your money, you get ALL the info and can link it with your iCal plus set reminders. But if one leg of your trip is cancelled, there's no convenient way to find an alternative and upload that to your itinerary. Once a train is cancelled, that's it. No more updates. But as it turns out, trips can be reactivated... But not updated. If an app boasts "the latest updates" it has to live up to it! If the bloke on the platform can tell me "no, your train isn't cancelled as your app may say. It's running and it's right over there waiting for you" then so should this app.
