Is NS International free?
Yes, NS International is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is NS International legit?
🤔 The NS International app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
The app should replace the paper ticket but it DOES NOT! The app crashes frequently and your current booking will disappear. The only way to get it back is via an email or customer service. Both of which you probably cannot access while abroad. The ticket does not load into Wallet either. Your itinerary also will most likely not load in the app. Use the old fashioned paper ticket and you'll have a much more pleasant journey. I've used this app for 6 months but I have never been able to rely on it.
Onbetrouwbaar
Prutsers. Avond voor de reis uren bezig geweest om de plotseling verdwenen tickets naar Lille terug te halen. Na 10x Connection error, of “er ging helaas iets mis, probeer opnieuw” maar gewoon de tickets uitgeprint.
Slecht zeg, anno 2024

Geeft veel opties niet weer en de prijzen schommelen gigantisch.
Als je weekendvrij abo hebt snapt deze app niet dat je in het weekend 100% korting hebt en daar buiten niet.
Vliegen helaas toch vaak goedkoper sneller en duidelijker.

Vreselijk. Heb je een reis geboekt, werkt de app dagenlang niet om het schema te tonen, laat staan om de actuele gegevens te zien??
Reis naar Berlijn
De boeking via de app ging gemakkelijk. De reisinformatie was duidelijk en klopte. De trein reed zowel op de heenreis als op de terugreis op tijd. De reservering van de stoel ging prima.
Handig en overzichtelijk
Als je al je tijden en vertraging doorgegeven krijgt en het spoor dan worst het reizen erg relaxed en overzichtelijk!
Misleading info and strange UX
This app has always had issues with UX, information not loading properly and not easily accessible. Now it actually sends notifications with misleading information. I received an incorrect notification that my connection was not possible, almost leading me to miss my train.

Tickets uploaden
Het uploaden van tickets in de app is echt een geweldig gebruiksvriendelijke faciliteit en zorgt voor zoveel gemak, super!
NS Internationaal
Prima app. Ik heb 3 treinreizen in Europa geboekt en dat ging heel soepel.
Jammer dat de diensten in de afzonderlijke landen nog niet volledig op elkaar zijn afgestemd, daardoor is het niet mogelijk om elke gewenste reis te boeken. Dat ligt niet aan de app maar aan het gebrek aan samenwerking in de EU.
