I’m just trying to pay a $8 bill. Why does the app and website lag, crash, or just freeze up. How about use some of that toll money to make a functioning website.

This actually app is ok but once you go to toll perks it’s slow and never works

So many things wrong with this app

I have a charge of $218.04 and not because it is neglected but because the app is not working well, at first that I downloaded it and entered everything was fine, I put funds between $50 to $150 I went through the tolls and when I ran out of funds in the app I was always marked what I should for example: $-40 $-100 and so depending on what I should and this time it was not like that it was on the contrary it was reflected that I owed $-100 and I paid a little more than half $58 and days later that I was going to pay the Another part I found that something or someone or maybe the system because it clarified in the app something comes that says toll benefits and says activate and I have it activated, well when I was going to pay the other part comes out transfers between $0.32 to $6.90 that was paid and where before I came out $-42 now I came out $5.14 and I trusted myself I said it was paid with the benefit that says toll, now that it gave me to call wanting to put more funds to continue going through the tolls it turns out that I have an invoice of $218.04 to pay I come I and I tell the woman who took care of me but in the app she says that I have $5.14 because I owe that amount and she already tells me that no that well I went through the tolls and that I don't know what and I tell her then they should update or improve the app because it turns out that I don't owe anything and the woman her answer was the app is working well. Anyway, in order not to make the story long for me, the app has problems. I would like to be able to upload photos so that more evidence of the app so that they could understand me better but well you can't.

Doesn’t let me log in even after resetting my password, keeps giving me an error

App crashes every time I try to type my password. Every. Single. Time.

The app crashes every time that I open it.

Don’t attempt to set up an account in the app. Make sure you have all your information ready as switching away from app clauses it to crash. Going back causes it to crash. After several attempts and app crashing, customer care advised me that I’m not to setup in the app and must us online first. Then why is it an option in the app??? Now they show no account for me and the unique username I had been approved to use is “taken”. Minor issue. Just simply annoying and fee it’s poor expectation management. Based on the other reviews, I don’t have a great deal of faith in the app from here on. However, we will keep trying. Safe Travels!

It seems as the price of the toll road goes up the quality of the app goes down. Shame on you.

I used the app to set my tolltag to a temporary vehicle for a rental car I had for a few days. After the time period expired, my tag did not go back to my permanent vehicle like it should. Instead it was de-activated. Fortunately, I noticed before using any toll roads. It’s not possible to reactivate the tag in the app, so I had to call and have it reactivated and added back to my vehicle. The temporary vehicle functionality needs to be fixed.
