Con la aplicación Nucleus Smart, puede:
• Cambiar programas en su procesador de sonido Nucleus 7 y activar la transmisión inalámbrica
• Definir los ajustes de volumen, agudos/graves y sensibilidad (si el profesional de la audición los ha habilitado) en su procesador de sonido Nucleus 7
• Ajustar el volumen de los dispositivos Cochlear True Wireless™

This app regularly disconnects from my devices. Some other apps just reduce the sound(Words with friends). Other apps screw my ability to access programs and accessories (Soundbrenner metronome) . Sometimes deleting and reinstalling app, pairing my devices still denies me access to programs. The app finds my N8. Frequently the Resound HA pairs but does allow access to programs. This is so annoying that this app is so unstable. You guys have to get better with fixing this app. Not everyone is tech savvy. Too many steps to go through to get this app working with the devices. For the last two days the app wants me to start from scratch, login, verify my devices, then pair them. I shouldn’t have to do this DAILY!!!!!🤬
Latest update not working new with iPhone 6SE
The app searches endlessly but cannot connect with my implant device nor my other hearing aid. The app worked fine before the update with the same phone. The problem? I can’t turn down the sensitivity so I’m constantly bombarded with high frequency ambient noise.
App opens in Set up mode every day FIXED
You fixed the login issue. It’s working again. Now if could get the iPhone telephone audio to work using the Apple Watch it would be great!
Work for a couple days and now it’s back again making me remove the app and reinstall it each morning . PLEASE GET THIS THING FIXED.!!!

Need to delete and then reinstall this app daily in order to connect to my phone. Can’t change settings, volume !! And this is a medical devise?
Update needed ASAP
I don’t know where to begin. I’m the dad of a 7yo w bilateral N7s. I’m also a full-stack CTO/CIO. Be glad you work for cochlear. I’d fire the whole team and bring in real devs. This app is EMBARRASSING!!!! People rely on this app - high impact - for controlling programs and for locating devices when lost.
Onboarding is buggy, stuck in a loop trying to add a 2nd processor. Hooks into MFI accessibility framework are working poorly. Honestly, for me, nothing works.

Stuck on connecting
Recently my app has been getting stuck on connecting to my cochlear and resound hearing aids.
The only way I can correct this, is to remove app and start fresh. I’m having to do this almost daily and doesn’t make me happy 😝
Smart app
This app needs updating or replacing i have to delete and reinstall at least once a day the implant works and connects but the app will not connect im sure this could be corrected by another computer engineer Klrussell
App now asks to Set Up all the time
Please fix. App worked great. However, I am getting the same issue as others have posted which is that the app asks to start Set Up constantly. My app asks this about 6-8 times a week. It started about 1.5 months ago. Please fix. Thanks.
Stop Unwanted Push Notifications
Every time a push notification is received the app fails to connect devices and must be deleted and re-installed. This might be fun for software junkies at Cochlear but for users who rely on their devices for essential communication this is an unacceptable disabling of functionality. Send me an email and quit disrupting my life, please!
Crashes daily
Worked great for first 6 months. Now it crashes daily, won’t connect to devices and I have to delete and restore to use it.
