Cannot connect

I’ve been using this app for years with my nucleus 7, but sone this update I cannot connect at all.
My son is 12 and has his implants paired to his iPhone so he can stream audio. Unfortunately that seems to mean that the nucleus app on my phone won’t pair with them - the app has to be on his phone. There are no parental controls. This has meant he randomly turns the volume down, loses one and doesn’t pair the next one etc. This app desperately needs a parental version of the app to allow parents to track their child’s implants and use
It’s great to use and straight forward too, this is like a digital version of remote control, easy too. However there’s one small problem, this doesn’t do ‘multi-device’, yes iPhone and iWatch does work, but not to laptop and iPad. This app seem only use ONE device only! It’s would be great if it can do multi-device so I can control to which device to my preferred e.g. watching Netflix on iPad (while connecting) and reading news on iPhone at the same time and then switch it back to phone when it necessary. Hope my explanation is make sense? It would be a five if it have multi-device
The resolution is stuck to mobile size, and needs to scale up full size of that respective iPad’s resolution. I was not able to recover my password because the keyboard is all squished together, making it impossible for me to type.
The app does connect but, given the primary use case for me at least is the ‘find my device’ function, requires that I ‘verify’ my daughters processors with ridiculous frequency. We are required to use this by the NHS but it is not much use when one is lost!!
Is there any chance you can make the MacBook Pro compatible with this app as it would be great to have while doing uni and work calls?
I’ve been using this app with Apple Watch successfully for some time. It is so much better than having to get your iPhone out to adjust settings. I’ve just updated the Watch software to v9.5 and there are problems. I keep getting a warning screen in a foreign language warning me of something. Then the app tends to freeze in the open the app on your phone screen. Even if I get through that I get put back to the same screen every time I want to make a change. Very frustrating as it was brilliant before. Can you fix this asap? Thank you!
Overall a decent app, easy enough to use. HOWEVER I X”CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW INACCURATE THE BATTERY LEVELS THAT THEY REPORT ARE. Thank you though developers:)
Hello. I would like to say I’m having A lot of issues for some reason my cochlear implants won’t connect to the app. I’ve tried deleting the app. Turning my cochlear implants on and off and it still doesn’t work I would like this to be fixed as it’s really annoy me thank you.
Since my iPhone was given an update, it is now no longer responding to connect, so please update the app to reflect the bugs. It’s great when it works as I love listening to the radio/music through my cochlear. Thank you.
