Worth every penny. Fully satisfied my expectations. Fantastic tool and must say it’s so easy to operate!!! Really I am very but very satisfied with the products .
Alles ok, gut bedienbar.
1. The theme of the app is “darkish”, maybe it is an idea to also have a “lighter” app-theme and follow the iOS system “dark mode” settings 2. Although the physical installation of the lock indeed took less than 3 minutes as advertised, it took me a further 2,5 (!) hours and 31 (!) trials to get the lock “registered” via the Matter code in the Apple Home app. The Nuki help-chat sent numerous suggestions but it feels like this function is not market-ripe at all 3. When I finally had the lock “in” the Apple Home app, I noticed that the built-in WiFi of my Nuki 4.0 Pro was switched off. This is “normal behaviour” I was told by Nuki but now the “bell” in the Nuki app (on the top of the app on the right side) shows a “red dot”: WiFi is turned off. When you click on the “bell” an “explanation” follows, with a RED exclamation mark, telling “your WiFi is not available”…. It would be much more elegant when the Nuki app would “understand” that when the lock is registered “in” Apple Home, there is no need to show this “warning” 4. Under “Button & LED” there is a setting for the LED-signal on the lock to “blink” when the door is unlocked. I would suggest to add a same setting for when the door is locked (so “either or”) 5. The Nuki door-sensor does NOT work when the (security-) door and/or the door-frame contain “steel”. This fact is NOT mentioned in the “sales-texts” but can be found in the FAQ.
