They have a field saying intercity-out station and they also charge very much still the drivers don’t accept and if by mistake any driver does they will call you and ask your destination and then cancel the ride. Drivers are rude af eating ‘gutka’ The driver comes late or sometimes dont and we have to cancel the ride the driver wont and they charge 60 bucks even if its the driver’s fault cheappppppppp appppp 🤮🤮🤮
Ola have become the worst taxi service provider! I don’t understand y do they allow the drivers to cancel the trip!! Also they shouldn’t be allowed to call us to know the destination. I stay in a crowded place in Bengaluru. I get a taxi allotted to me after long wait, in minutes the driver will call and cancel the ride. I will be left with cancellation charges!!
He did not refund my 1200 Rs for extra kms his driver charge me
The app should be precise in identifying locations.Many times it shows different location to the drivers even though I have pinned correctly.Need improvement on this

The new Ola bike ride was amazing, the service is awesome and very reliable . pick up and drop off was very convenient

When I open the app after installing it, it just freezes without taking me to the login screen. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. Thank you. After the update, the app still freezes. What’s the point in releasing continuous updates if you aren’t able to fix the app freezes and bug fixes?

Plzz allow all number to register. I am living in kuwait but frequently traveling to india and other countries. I cannot use ola because i don't have any number to register. Plz look into is this matter because due to this i am forced to use UBER and other app.
