Unsure why but it won’t pick up my location. Every other ride apps do, this one just keeps saying “Sorry, we don’t serve this location”. I have the correct NZ call phone number added, allow tracking is all active yet I still can’t get past the pick up location.
Ola is no longer operating in New Zealand - this app should be removed from the New Zealand AppStore. Users were not given a warning until they tried using it and no real explanation of what happened. Very poor communications.
I updated my app , can’t log in because it keeps asking me to type in sent PIN code , never get the pin code , I’ve checked that the mobile number is correct
Easily the worst cab app out there. Always been an Uber user and used Ola only as a last resort. Drivers cancel on you constantly forcing you to constantly pay a pre paid fee even though then never turned up. Whoever invented this ‘Alternative’ to Uber doesn’t care about their customers and I’m left stuck outside of town awaiting someone to simply turn up. What a terrible app. I always recommend people to stay away from Ola. And when I’m forced to use it, I resent every second looking at cabbies who would rather cancel on you then do their job. What a terrible terrible experience.
Okay but I just got robbed by Ola. Took almost 50 bucks off of my account without any ride.
Ordered an Ola twice from tor bay to cbd Auckland to pick up my girlfriend both times they took $48 out of my account and cancelled the ride I would understand if it was late but it’s 1:30pm I tried calling the help line they told me to email I’ve emailed and haven’t heard a response nor do I have my money back wasted $100 plus no girlfriend what a scam
There are promo notifications pushed to phone multiple times a day that cannot be turned off without turning off ALL notifications (including ones relevant to the ride).
A driver would literally be 3 minutes away and then cancel on you. Don’t even waste your time with this app. It is so hard to get a ride as well
Every time I book, the driver moves further and further in the opposite direction and then cancels. Every time.
Hi everyone, I don’t recommend to use Ola in Auckland the experience I had was terrible no one come to pick up charged for it. I ended up staying in road nearly 1/2 hour the place I suppose to go 15 minutes walk. I finally used the Uber.
