As a tourist of your country I am unable to login although I select correct country and my Dutch mobile phone number. Pitty but I then will use Uber instead.
Doesn’t work in The Netherlands

New Account registration
Unable to make a account!! I should update the app. Downloaded just now, but an old app!!
Tells me to upgrade to latest version - it IS the latest version
Trying to register using a Dutch phone number via the Dutch App Store. I get a message telling me to ‘upgrade to the latest version of the app’. It is the latest version. App is useless in its current state.
Cannot activate the app
The app promises tho send an OTP but it never arrives. Also the call option does not work! Have tried many times. Maybe it’s because I have a foreign number?
Wrong email id
Someone downloaded the app with their mobile and mapped my email to it, I was sending email to the customer id to India support, they couldn't even understand English, pathetic people! I even wrote to their CIO, he never responds… shame on you.
Worst service and support
Stick to the competitors, they don’t penalise you for their own mistakes and compensate accordingly. I was “refunded” for a cheaper ride which was at the cost of an over paid ride that never even dropped me to my location (safety issue) and just kept circling (not letting me off upon multiple requests). Well they made their money and the driver probably too, so the customer isn’t king here. Avoid at all costs, worst service I have ever used!
No sedan availability for Airport
There are no sedans available for the airport due to which the passengers like us felt inconvenience to reach there with bulky luggage.. please make these more frequent and available..
Scam app
Tried ola multiple times in India because Uber didn’t worked. Every time a bad experience with drivers who tried to scam me. Don’t expect something from Ola customer service either.
