I do not recommend this app, when the trip is accepted, the driver can ask you to cancel and they charge you £7.5 which is almost impossible to recover, also the technical service is one of the worst, they say that they have processed the refund but it never arrives, in the end you give up trying to get your money back, it's almost a scam
i prebooked a cab a day in advance for an outstation location. morning 2 hrs before the ride i get a call from the driver, provided details of the location but did not show up at the scheduled time. also did not answer my calls. had to cancel and rebook and the second driver also cancelled right in front of my location. finally i get a message from ola that i will be charged 150 rs for cancellation in my next booking. I just booked an uber and got picked up in 5mins.
You wait more than 5 minutes and in the end the drive cancel.
It’s a scam. They say they will send you a Text message code and it doesn’t arrive. Then you are forced to choose the option by telephone call which turns out to be silent and a dropped call. Of course you call them back, only to be charged a horrific rate for that call. You are warned!!
Is it possible to be able to select the location manually on the map? Cause sometimes happens you don’t know the exactly place or street and could be easier select yourself (sometimes happened to me) can’t find the location where i have to go. Thanks
They were advertising 50% off for the first 2 weeks but never applied the discount. Customer Service unwilling to help
The drivers should be trained , they are misbehaving and use abusive language sometimes. I have stopped using Ola they charge u way higher than the amount shown while booking... To improve keep trained drivers .
I gave twice my refer and earn code to different friends and didn’t get the reward they promise. I wrote to the support service and they just gave 15$. ( the original reward was 20$). Why advertise something that is not true?
It’s bad because it has a lots of problems and they have charged me 2 times incorrect
