Very reliable and accurate information and data. Best app
It stopped taking readings in 2023. Since then useless..
Have to unpair and repair every time I want to transfer readings to app. It just doesn’t work reliably.
Why does your app need a location to take blood pressure? No way to skip past this. Also cannot use if no internet connection
How Apple Health sync previous blood pressures data with OMRON? I try re-installing the OMRON app and sync without success only new data get to be displayed.
The new app refuses to connect to apple health so I have to manually transfer if I want the information together. I have chronic illness, it has been huge work getting my BP on track. I have a familial version of BP and several other reasons for my record keeping. I’m just frustrated that it used to sunk with allele health and now it won’t
I followed the instructions to the letter and could not get it to work. iPhone 11 and Omron BP5350, both with latest software. Several attempts after rebooting etc. I was on the phone with Omron support for over an hour and they could not get it to work. The phone’s Bluetooth sees and can connect to the monitor (as can all of my other Bluetooth devices), so it is not a problem with my phone, but the App says it cannot connect to my phone. I can enter the numbers manually into the Apple Health app, of course, but I paid extra for a smart monitor. Very disappointing.
On the iPhone I could get it to sync eventually, but on the iPad no such luck. It takes you to two other screens, when you go back to the dashboard the readings have not been updated. So sad. I have updated the app, tried numerous times but no the sync does not work.
My Qardio unit plots the numbers into a graph that shows the range information displayed in the "understanding your reading" pane. It's so intuitive. With this app, I find I'm having to remember the reading from one pane to another and try to decipher the graph on that "understand your reading" page which isn't intuitive or a good UX in comparison to Qardio's. Lots of decent app features in this app otherwise. UX is king though, so this would be a good feature to add to your story board to increase the usability.
