Unacceptable
I only installed the app because I just bought the blood pressure monitor. I thought the app would give me am easy way to track and record my results. It doesn’t.
Firstly, the app requires creating of an account which wasn’t mentioned on the product I bought. Them it requires to share my location for some reason, then it says that my data will never be shared with 3rd party but leaves “share data with 3rd parties” option enabled.
On top of it all, my blood pressure results didn’t transfer.
Why am I forced to create an account and share my data with Omron? Why don’t I have an option to just keep it in my phone?
I’m deleting the app and returning the device.
Omron usage.
I have had my blood pressure machine for at least four years, and I’ve used it on myself and my wife quite regularly. It gives a great reading and when does not connect, you can use the manual mode to input blood pressure and heart rate. As far as I am concerned, there are very little problems with it.
However, it would be nice to figure out how the calibration is doing because there is nothing in the manual that I have found that states how to check and see if your blood pressure machine is accurate other than taking it to the doctor and having ahands-on blood pressure done and then the same blood pressure done with the machine. But I have recommended it to my friends and I have several friends that have already bought it and are using it quite regularly you very much for putting it out sincerely, Frank.
Update 2024 lost all data!
The latest update deleted all my data from all history. I need this information.
Won't pair with iPhone 13
Basically useless on a brand new blood pressure device - Won't pair with iPhone 13 despite developer notes saying it is compatible.
Used to work now it doesn’t.
Became useless overnight. Wasted way too much time trying to get it to work.
Easy use
No troubles syncing with my phone.
Works for me
I don’t need it to do anything fancy, just upload my results to my iPhone, so I and my doctor can review them. It does that easily.
Does not work
Useless app- had I known it wouldn’t work with my new omron blood pressure monitor, I would have bought a different brand. Disappointing.

Syncs blood pressure numbers ‘most’ times…
I was looking forward to syncing my activity from my Apple Health app but only got it to work one time in a row. Terrible functionality and the website help is useless. The directions it tells you to follow don’t exist in the app. So much for the #1 blood pressure unit….
The good news is the Apple Health app pulls the info from the OMROM app flawlessly. So as much as I don’t want to depend on Apple’s ecosystem I’m left with no other choice if I want to access my info (activity and BP) in one app.
