Readings not registering
My last reading showing is 15th August, it’s now 23rd August and readings aren’t registering in my app anymore. Is there a limited amount of readings or a glitch with the app?

Complete calamity trying to 1/. Connect and 2/. Sync with the phone
Rubbish new app
I was using this quite happily until you launched the new “improved (?)” app. I’m now stuck in a loop where it won’t let me use the new app without getting rid of the old one, following a forced password change in the new. All I want to do is take my blood pressure, I don’t want this all singing and dancing app that I never asked for recording all my health information. I really don’t think it should be permissible for companies to try and leverage more data from you under false pretences of an upgrade.
7.13 using Touch ID crashes the app
I’ve set up Touch ID but the app crashes when i try to use it. Forces me back to manually logging in which makes the app start to run the tutorials all over again every time. Frustrating
Terrible syncing
The app and the machine lose connection between uses. Syncing is terrible. Maybe I’m wrong but I expect to open the app on my iPhone, turn on the machine, put the cuff on and take a reading that transfers to the app and also the Apple Health app. This doesn’t happen. I feel my blood pressure rising every time I use it which is not great
Won’t open
App won’t open. Keeps asking for update and when downloaded it closes. Sort this out I’ve paid a lot of money for accessories
Why so cumbersome?
Why does the app need to be so cumbersome? It worked so well before adding all those premium features. Just need my BP to sync with Apple Health, bought it *just* for that. Now I need a login to OMRON which took ages to complete. And also the app will not link anymore with Apple health. So frustrating
Lost all my readings
Was good until the latest update and it now congratulates me every morning for taking my first reading, gets stuck into a stupid tutorial every time I take a reading and more importantly has lost all my previous readings. I’m so disappointed as I need all those readings to monitor my blood pressure and now there’s years of readings just gone. I wouldn’t buy an OMRON again as the app is no longer fit for purpose.
Fantastic machine
This is easy to use - I’m very confident in the readings as they are consistent - but the main thing that upgrades this machine from a cheaper version is the ability to monitor your BP really clearly, add notes, keep a diary alongside if you want, and see how things are over a period of time. If , like me, you are suddenly diagnosed with hypertension, you need this for effective home management and I am able to show this to my GP, who was impressed with it as the grading of hypertension follows relevant guidelines - I think this is really essential for managing your own health
After beta testing an update, it’s unlinked from Apple health and lost all data
So, I thought I’d participate in the recent beta test. Version 7.13 has just downloaded to my phone and I’ve lost the link to Apple health and also lost my BP history in the Omron app; well done 😳
