The OMRON connect US/CAN/EMEA app provides a lot of free features for you to manage your heart health (some feature availability depends on device type)
• Easily sync your readings to your smartphone via Bluetooth®
• Email readings to family, physicians, or other health care professionals and share your progress
• Keep track of your health history by storing and saving unlimited readings
• Get a complete view of your blood pressure with systolic, diastolic and pulse readings
• Receive alerts when notable changes in blood pressure are detected
• Set physical activity goals and track your progress
• Monitor the length and quality of your sleep
• Monitor your weight and BMI (body mass index)
• Access additional historical health data around sleep, weight, EKG, activity and more
• Directly send readings to Apple® HealthKit
In addition, the app provides the following premium features:

Do not work as advertised
The device is nice, but not loudless, and the arm cuff is stiff and difficult to place, especially in “bigger” arms. The Bluetooth connection dosn't work well, one needs to open the application in advance, then press transfer bottom on the device and synchronization bottom on the phone app to get the results really transferred. Otherwise, the “transfer” is considered OK on the BP device, and appears on the phone screen but is not stored in the Omron application results. I'm using iPhone 12 pro max, iOS 16.1.1, and the least Omron App. I'm not as happy as I was expected to be.
Sync is not working properly
It takes couple of attempts to sync data from the device to the phone !
Sync button is too small
Sync button downs work most of the time unless you quite the app couple of times. I believe that’s the most important function of this app and it’s his be fixed immediately before user drops from the app
