Owlet Care

I’m using the sock since the end of August and back then there wasn’t that many “connecting to base station - app is searching for base station”. I hope that the alerts are working without the app connection because I can’t even follow the pulse of my baby during putting her down to sleep because the app keeps disconnecting and I need to restart it again and again. Please fix it.

2 days ago inset up the sock. Connecting to the wifi was problematic, but after 3 jours of struggling it connect somehow (it wasn’t accepting the wifi password). Today in the morning the base lost connection. Since then I cant connect it again. It just wont accept the password. When connecting with browser it either says that the password is wrong or it times out during cloud connection…

I have this product for about 2 months, I loved it so far, but now the app doesn’t work especially the live reading. I’m so disappointed and stressed, please fix it, I want to use the app…

The app doesn’t works! For that prize and hype this app is just a hanky-panky! Thanks for nothing, cuz without the app, the sock is just an usless dustcatcher! And like i sad, for that prize is just like robbery, a crime!

Nowdays app often says that the base station is not connected to wifi, but sometimes it's working. It used to be working perfectly, nothing changed in the environment. For this price... it's a joke. Pls fix it to work like before.

Since this morning the app cannot find the base station. I’ve tried to remove the sock and reinstall the app. Start all over again. But it’s getting worse.. 🤬😡

The app is usless. There are wi-fi, profil, stability problems. The product not bad, but owerpriced.

I really liked the concept of this product, this is why I bought it, no matter the price…I bought it so I can have a piece of mind that my baby is safe under my surveillance. There were many ups and downs with this app, but at least it was working. But now it won’t even start. The sock and the camera are great though. But worthless without the app…Please fix it already!

The app is fine for checking heart rate with the sock (though you’ll probably stop using this within a few weeks/months). But using the camera is terrible. It takes 1-5 minutes for the picture to load and you’ll have to repeatedly close and re open the app. There is a 5 second delay. The iPhone 15/16 camera notch takes up a good portion of the camera view. Sometimes you will look in the app and it is playing footage from much earlier at double or triple speed. Overall very disappointing

The app won’t connect to my WIFI and I have completed everything down to trying to contact the help centre with no luck…. Can not use the product at all now. Not too happy with this.
