Haven’t seen a worse baby monitor
Literally any other baby monitor on the market does Better job than this piece of junk. Doesn’t connect at all. Worst are the cam updates, makes everything worse.

Connection just doesn’t work
Did everything asked in the setup, but the device doesn’t connect. Separated the 5G to a separate network. Wifi shows the camera connected but doesn’t pair.
Camera is terrible and borderline unusable
The app is fine for checking heart rate with the sock (though you’ll probably stop using this within a few weeks/months). But using the camera is terrible. It takes 1-5 minutes for the picture to load and you’ll have to repeatedly close and re open the app. There is a 5 second delay. The iPhone 15/16 camera notch takes up a good portion of the camera view. Sometimes you will look in the app and it is playing footage from much earlier at double or triple speed. Overall very disappointing
Wifi issues
The app won’t connect to my WIFI and I have completed everything down to trying to contact the help centre with no luck…. Can not use the product at all now. Not too happy with this.
Searching for base station…

Notifications
Would love if you could add a critical alert notification ability so you can ensure that you wake up when you need too, if you can’t have the base located in your room.

When you minimize the app so you can still see it on your screen while using your phone is can’t hold connection. Super annoying.
Functionality good but app annoying
I really like the peace of mind this device provides - but the app is quite frustrating. Every time I open the app I need to force close it one time so that the data loads, this is particularly annoying when there’s a sock placement issue and the sound is beeping and the app isn’t showing the correct notification to turn off the alarm! Wish the developers would fix whatever issue is causing this. I’ve had this since August 2024.
