My child has been wearing the sock on the leg for more than 3 hours but the app is showing “the sock is charging (1%)”. It seem like it remembers data from hours before and even though I closed the app and then killed the app completely by swiping up (on iPhone) it would still show the same data. I killd the app like 15 times and still the same data when I opened it again. This happens like 90% of the time that the app is showing non-sense data from hours before and then after a few seconds it shows “app searching for base station” but it is then stuck and doesnt show any data at all. Definitely not worth the money and I would never buy this sock again or recommend to anyone. It doesnt do what it is supposed to do. Not to mention how many times the base station disconected from wifi and didnt connect back so we had to reinstall the whole app and set it up with base station all over again. It is really annoying and the retailer should do something about it immediately. Please fix the bugs!

Totally unreliable , laggy slowly and full bugs, do not event think od byuing their product totally not worth the money.

My sock has been removed out of nowhere even though it was working fine 4 hours before.

Sock 3!!!!! How is it possible that the nonstop device has some problems !? - either I will turn off from myself ! - either evaporates wifi !!! - or the application freezes !!!!!

For the price paid for the sock 3, this is an appallingly weak offering. The base station worked perfectly for one night (albeit while confusing three different sleep sessions for one long one), but today it will not remain connected to the wifi for even a minute. we have setup the router to the required 2.4ghz, we have tried to contact customer support, we have reinstalled the app several times. i bought this to monitor my newborn’s vitals while sleeping and this device has operated as advertised for less than ONE day of her life.

After new update the app is loosing the connection to base station. Horrible to allways close and open the app and still the oxygen and heartrate ist shown only for one minute. Do something with that !

Pairing cam is horrible. I need to pair cam 10 times a day to work. Really?

The app is fine for checking heart rate with the sock (though you’ll probably stop using this within a few weeks/months). But using the camera is terrible. It takes 1-5 minutes for the picture to load and you’ll have to repeatedly close and re open the app. There is a 5 second delay. The iPhone 15/16 camera notch takes up a good portion of the camera view. Sometimes you will look in the app and it is playing footage from much earlier at double or triple speed. Overall very disappointing
