Piece of mind
Lots of contradicting information online which put me off purchasing initially, however I’m glad I did. The owlet sock is great, it’s well engineered and potentially a life saver.

The Owlet App allows you to connect to and stream your Owlet products from anywhere. You can also view the history of your child’s sleep patterns, oxygen level, and heart rate.

Camera lasted 2 weeks !
Terrible product , not worth your money. Camera lasted 2 weeks then went offline and since then no reaction to any procedure recommended by the manufacturer. Sock reading takes very long time , base is disconnecting from WiFi all the time even if it’s literally 30cm from the router. Can’t customize any settings, many readings comes as a “unknown” what does it even mean?
DONT BUY
Such a bad camera and app. It always reloads and sometimes turns the app off completely. Multiple multiple times I’ve woken up and it’s turned off saying “no connection” and my baby has been awake crying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Why can’t you change the alarm settings?
The alarm goes off at 80 per cent oxygen. I would like to be notified if it’s 90 percent which is already very low. It is just silly that you cannot change this setting. And definitely not buying the cam, too many bad reviews
Owlet can
The WiFi on owlet cam is terrible. I am literally putting my router next to it to get fair connectivity.House is equipped with 250 mbps WiFi and Linksys below system and full coverage. It is extremely disappointing to wait for few mins before the visuals on camera shows up and than keep disconnecting every few minutes.
Camera is terrible and borderline unusable
The app is fine for checking heart rate with the sock (though you’ll probably stop using this within a few weeks/months). But using the camera is terrible. It takes 1-5 minutes for the picture to load and you’ll have to repeatedly close and re open the app. There is a 5 second delay. The iPhone 15/16 camera notch takes up a good portion of the camera view. Sometimes you will look in the app and it is playing footage from much earlier at double or triple speed. Overall very disappointing
Wifi issues
The app won’t connect to my WIFI and I have completed everything down to trying to contact the help centre with no luck…. Can not use the product at all now. Not too happy with this.
Searching for base station…

Would love if you could add a critical alert notification ability so you can ensure that you wake up when you need too, if you can’t have the base located in your room.
