Try to look for specifications of the product or deliveries/return information and keeps returning to the home page. Prices in Australia market are not shown in dollars and some of the pages do not charge (both app and website). You’d expect an Inditex company to put more of an effort on online user experience.
Have been trying for two weeks to place an order with this company have tried both the website on all available Internet browsers and the app and it won’t let me place an order. Customer service is awful and tells me to do the same thing over and over again which I’ve already tried
So many glitches. Search function isn’t particularly user friendly. Hard to scroll through items. Kept getting an error message when tried to purchase my order. Contacted customer service and they were incredibly unhelpful
