This app is great. It does exactly what I need. No stress on how to use it, and I can do everything on my phone. It’s definitely worth the $7.50 I pay a month. Highly recommend to any parent.

NOT WORTH IT!!!
Tried it for a bit but you need to pay to use it fully. I tried to cancel and requested the account to be deleted, said I’m on a waiting list. I removed it from my account and my sons account and now his phone is stuffed! Someone needs to get in contact with me to rectify this issue asap!
Locked into buying 12 month package, can’t choose to buy only 1 month
As title states. I want to buy one month worth of premium but the app bombards you with pops up asking you to upgrade to premium. The kicker though is that you can’t choose to buy only one month, any option you pick, either the Family or Individual plan is locked in at 12 months.

Lock mode
This was my phone and I sorted out a lot of apps but when I put it on lock mode all of the categories were gone and the apps were spread out please fix this
Rendered my phone useless
I accidentally deleted the app and now all of my apps disappeared and i cant reinstall them. It also wont let me install the kidslox app either
