Frustrating
Would not suggest for over 10 year olds. Searches through your phone and not enough privacy for young teens which will most likely lead to a bad relationship with your child. Sorry
The app made me start a trial that I have no say in. There is no way to cancel and it withdrew my money right away. Does anyone no how to cancel it because this is ridiculous
Bruh this app is bs ur literally letting mums and dads control everything on ur phone, isn’t that a little over the top? I’m literally 14 I’m old enough to have my own phone so I think you should make an age that if ur over that age ur phone can’t be controlled by others
The kids app - which enables you to control the iPad - is not available in many countries. This is a scam.
The customer service is useless, it’s been over 24 hours since I asked for help, and no contact. I’m supposed to get 3 days free trial, but they took the money out straight away. This app is not for my family, and I’m very disappointed with them not contacting me. I will remove this review if they get back to me and refund me.
The app is not working for my mobile phone to control Chrome book. It is not able to camera photos, it is not able to block some App, it is not able to use mobile phone to block the Chrome book.
I installed the app in good faith, paid for the premium subscription, downloaded the app to my laptop, followed the instructions and now it has locked me out of my iPhone. Major headache - not cool
This app is not user friendly and has bugs that stop kids taking and saving photos when under the app’s control. The app doesn’t control the internet holistically, only by individually devices which makes using the app difficult. Requested refund and not given.
We get messages in the middle of the night from Kidslox that override the phones silent sleep mode .., waking us up telling us of kids iPad has disconnected (it hadn’t). You also receive a email every night that you cannot unsubscribe too telling us that the kids haven’t used their iPads. Two really annoying features.
