Doesn’t work - profiles don’t download - complete waste of money.

My mum puts it on my phone and it does limit me which is good so that I don’t go on it at night
This app is dreadful. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
So i got this app setup on my phone as a child, within 10 minutes it automatically deleted all of my apps and wouldnt allow me to download anything unless i unlocked the app again, i couldnt even use EMERGENCY PHONE SERVICES. After i unlocked it, it deleted the folders of my apps and i had to re-sort all my apps, afterwards i deleted the app. THEN IT RE-INSTALLED ITSELF ON MY PHONE, AND DELETED ALL MY APPS AGAIN. this app is honestly awful for your phone’s safety. It literally feels like you’ve downloaded a virus onto your phone. Please do not download this.
App is basically worthless right now
An update has caused the app to not function. Currently if a child is using an app when the time has completed, the app will continue to be useable making the app completely useless and a breach of contract. I’ve subscribed to this service and I was refused a partial refund. Dont subscribe until it is fixed. I hope to resubscribe in the future once it is fixed as the app is actually quite good when it works. Update. The response from Kidslox was to contact them with the issues. I had already done this a couple of weeks ago but they basically said they could not help due to being unable to reproduce it. This is why I wrote my review in the first place.
why is my phone not working
My mum put kidslox on my phone but it randomly started making my phone glitch af the r not having it for a while it came back on its own and my mum has forgotten the password what do i do?

Currently if a child is using an app when the time has completed, the app will continue to be useable making the app completely useless and a breach of contract. I’ve subscribed to this service and I was refused a partial refund. Dont subscribe until it is fixed. I hope to resubscribe in the future once it is fixed as the app is actually quite good when it works.
Terrible Functionality
Do not subscribe - this is an awful product with zero support
Transparency
It would be nice if you mention that this is not a free app before downloading it!! It says “in app purchases”, but nowhere says you need to actually purchase a yearly or monthly subscription!! A little transparency would be nice.
