FUND NOT RECEIVE
It took more than 2 days for them to confirm my payment thru skrill money transfer and until now the fund is not receive in bank account of my wife!!!!!! Poor service
A big mistake using this money app
You locked my account for 3days and still I cannot process my fund withdrawals for there’s no option that always redirects me to an empty wall that never ends from processing. I’m glad the saved bank details is inactive. God bless how much patience it took me to ask help from your bot as I can’t login due to your own made issues. Never again Skrill.
I never get my money back!
They will ask you to deposit first then the verification which supposed to be simple but they make it complicated.Looks like i am talking to bots when i am trying to explain to them whats on my documents for verification.i got restricted and never get my money back,and they will charge you if are not active until your balance runs out.They are just thieves.
Poor Customer Support
My withdrawal has been pending for a day and a half! I used my e-wallet and it usually only take a minute for this to process, so this is very unusual. I’ve reached out to them but haven’t received any response or any e-mails as to why this happened. This was also the case when I was verifying my address with them! They kept on rejecting my proof of address even though it’s valid! How’d I know it’s valid? They accepted it after I wrote them an e-mail about it. Another nice thing about Skrill is they charge way way higher in convenience fees! Way way higher that what their competitors charge. High convenience fees with a very, very poor customer service. What an irony, right?!
