Although bank processing is understandable, the excessive processing time for royalties is ridiculous. And the notifications that I receive saying my cash is paid out comes up to 4 hours before I see anything. Pending transactions are crazy when Payoneer is third party. The process should be much faster I feel and should include weekends the same way some daily pay processes work or instant pay
about 3 months ago I opened a payoneer account. I already had a problem with the second payment (I still do). the company I work for paid me money but the transaction was canceled by payoneer for technical reasons. I contacted support and they confirmed that the transaction was canceled and that they sent the money back to my company. that was april 9th! the company still hasn't gotten the money back. the company's bank contacted payoneer's bank, they do not respond. support lie to me every week that they are working on it and nothing happens. $2,000 is at stake and they still don't know how to answer what happened with my money. I sent emails to vpoperations email and they didn't answer me either. terrible experience! I do not recommend to anyone!
Sometimes you can't login, sometimes you can't pay like any Chinese or russian owned brand. They will tell you lie like, there are many suspicious things going on, so you have to avoid them. Don't use payoneer if you have other alternative. Thank you.
I downloaded and created an account two weeks ago, I sent money there that same day, it reflected in my payooner account the next day, I tried to get it out but I wasn’t able to so I requested they reversed the money back, later they emailed me that my request has been resolved and my money will be refunded back in few hours to the account I sent it from, it’s been more than a week now and my money hasn’t been refunded, in my payooner account it shows that the payment was canceled but in the account I sent the money from nothing ever got refunded to it, I emailed them again about it and they responded back that my issue has been resolved already. I waited two days then I emailed again, I emailed them again the third day and today again, ever since last week Tuesday they stopped responding to my emails. So yeah don’t think of using the app
Without a doubt this of the most horrific and nonexistent customer service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t log in to account after multiple times of resetting my password. Keeps asking me security questions I’ve never set up and there is no way to contact them. Every number I call of theirs offers no assistance. 10/10 would never recommend. Oh and Payoneer, answer me back on my email.

Hello everyone, I want to share a cautionary message. Please avoid using Payoneer to manage your hard-earned money. Recently, Payoneer blocked my account shortly after receiving several thousand dollars from a client. They permanently closed my account without any prior notice. Upon contacting customer service to inquire about the reason, I was informed that they detected unusual activity on my account and decided to close it. They mentioned my funds were on hold, but couldn't provide a timeline for when I could access them. Unfortunately, they also stated they could no longer offer their services to me. I urge you all to be cautious and safeguard your hard-earned money by avoiding Payoneer and similar potentially risky payment gateways.
This is my first time of using this app, I transferred some money from my TikTok account to my payoneer account, wetting for it to reflect but it didn’t and it’s showing in there, that the transaction is pending, saying that my current location doesn’t match my details in the payoneer account, I’m a Nigerian but I just recently moved to Ghana, and I have provided the details that I have which is my national ID which I came with from Nigeria, and they still don’t accept it, honesty speaking this is really annoying, I don’t have other details apart from my national ID which is required there in the app but I put it and they reject it and my money is in there, so please 🙏 I just moved in to Ghana, I don’t have any Ghana details all I have is my country national ID, the app seems nice though I have confirm it yet, so please I need urgent assistance thank you 🙏
