Terrible customer service

It’s not possible to reach someone competent in the customer service. Either bots or people who send you copied messages from Payoneer site. Be aware that your money can disappear with no explanation and you will have no opportunity to get it back.

Устарел пароль

Приложение абсолютно не способно помочь, когда пароль устарел и нужно создать новый. При нажатии на кнопку Создать Новый Пароль происходит редирект на страницу входа и так по кругу. В браузере все иначе, мне удалось создать новый пароль, после чего я получил пуш уведомление от приложения для подтверждения, но! Запустилось приложение и снова я не смог войти! Уже под новым паролем, словил кучу ошибок и в итоге аккаунт заблокирован и следующая попытка входа через 30 мин. это критический фэйл. Опять я стал бесплатным тестировщиком Payoneer и потратил нервные клетки.

Очень плохо

Скам. Не пользуйтесь. Деньги пропали и поддержка отправляет стандартные письма, что через 5 дней переведут, но прошло уже 2 месяца и без результатов.

Just not working

Until last week everything was good, on exception of re-logins and slow balance updates. But last two days I just can’t enter the app... It stuck on the “Something went wrong”. You can press on the “Try again” button for a million times, nothing will change.... Also a thing, once in a few times it asks me for my verification via my number. It is okay to do a couple times a year. But once a week... What should I do when I am in the other country? Lol

Card approvement

I order physical card and more than 20 days passed instead of 3 working days, still no answer 🤷🏻‍♂️

Love it

To be honest, at first I had troubles with the service. I was waiting for verification of my passport more than a month instead of a few days. And only after I contacted the support they checked it finally. But since then I had no troubles - having my money transferred to my bank account few times a month makes a good play. Nice service after all!

Multi account support

I would like to have two accounts in the app at the same time. That would let me use my personal and my company’s accounts without re-login every time
